Pilates Reformer

Developed from the rehabilitation techniques of Joseph Pilates, Pilates is a safe, sensible exercise system using a floor mat or specialized equipment called a reformer. This technique is designed to improve your core strength, flexibility, agility and economy of motion. Pilates is a natural fit with our goal of helping patients achieve their optimal biomechanics- minimize pain and improve function!

Youth Strength & Conditioning

Moscow Mountain provides strength and conditioning classes that are taught by certified strength and conditioning specialists. These classes are for 6th grade to adult. In the beginning classes clients will learn how to build a solid foundation. This will help them add weight with proper technique to ensuring safety and avoiding injury. Classes are also available for the intermediate to advanced lifters. We are also pleased to have a power lifting team taught by Coach Seltenreich.

Moscow Mountain has moved training to the next level with the addition of the Reactiv Training Center. This 12,000 square foot facility enables us to offer athlete training of all kinds. We are perfect for the coach looking to help their athletes with fundamental and skill development. Our goal is to help athletes of all ages maximize their growth potential.

Silver & Strong

At MMSPT, we offer hour long "Silver and Strong Classes" This program was developed for seniors to include functional, adaptive strengthening exercises. We also do balance training and conditioning exercises during the classes. Currently, our classes are offered on Tuesdays and Fridays from 1-2pm.
